OPERATING PRINCIPLE
AQUAMEO RFL floating high-speed aerator performs two functions simultaneously:
- optimal mixing of the effluent to keep solid particles in suspension and ensure good homogenisation of the
environment. - dissolve oxygen required for effluent treatment,
The EMO suction screw pumps the water, creating a mixing action. The water is then projected onto the surface, creating a spray of water on the surface of the pond that helps or enables oxygenation.
Two flows appear: the water rises vertically at high speed and changes direction thanks to a conical deflector, which produces a suction of air (downward flow). The combination of the two flows oxygenates the water.
The suction screw runs at motor speed, directly coupled, without a gearbox, which has the advantage of reducing maintenance operations to a minimum.
