EMO belt conveyors BCV are designed to transport waste screenings and thickened urban or industrial sludge.

They can be easily adapted to your existing constraints, and are available in an infinite number of versions: horizontal, inclined or rotating (mounted on a pivot). They are designed to take up, transfer or distribute your thickened sludge in bins after treatment.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Transported products are discharged directly at one end of the conveyor or into a feed hopper (optional).
The belt moves over small-diameter rollers mounted on both sides of the belt, every 1.5 meters.

These rollers are inclined (15° angle) so as to build a « V » belt section, and avoid products from falling out of the edges of the belt.
